- Incomplete Work: If the work delivered is incomplete
or missing critical components as per the initial agreement, we will review your claim. If the
issue is confirmed, a refund or additional assistance will be provided.
- Deadlines Not Met: If we fail to meet the agreed-upon
deadline for delivering your work, and this delay affects your academic schedule, you may be
eligible for a partial or full refund. Please provide evidence of the missed deadline and its
impact on your assignments.
- Plagiarism/Similarity Issues: If you find that the
delivered work contains significant levels of plagiarism or similarity issues, please contact us
within 48 hours of receiving the work. To qualify for a refund, you must provide a plagiarism
report showing 100% similarity or a substantial overlap with existing sources. We will review
the report and, if the work is found to be plagiarized or not original, we may offer a partial
or full refund or additional support to address the issue.
- Use of AI/ChatGPT: If our services involve the use of
AI tools such as ChatGPT and you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 7
days. While we strive to ensure high-quality output, AI tools may not always meet expectations.
We will review your concerns and determine if a refund or additional support is appropriate.
- Failed Results: If the results of our work do not
meet your academic standards or objectives, or if you receive a failing grade due to issues with
the work provided, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the situation and, if the
work does not meet the agreed-upon criteria or standards, we may offer a partial or full refund
or additional support to address the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or revision, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: Attach any relevant evidence or
documentation to support your request. Specifically, include a “Commented Feedback File” from
your instructor or a grading report that highlights the issues with the delivered work. This
helps us understand the nature of the problem and evaluate your request accurately.
Choose Your Option:
- Revision/Re-Do : If you prefer a revision/Re-Do
rather than a refund, please indicate this in your email. We will review your feedback and
provide a revised version of the work at no additional cost.
- Refund: If you would like a refund instead of a
revision, please specify this in your email. We will review your request and determine if a
refund is warranted.
Review Process: Our team will review your request and the provided evidence, and respond within 5
business days. If a revision is requested, we will provide the updated work promptly. If a refund is
approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
