1. Reflective Self-evaluation

1.1 Analysing

Description:

The analysing self-evaluation can improve and observe the own action in an organisation. The self-evolution in an organisation was different for individuals. The most important factor of self-evaluation can increase the focus level of the employees at the organisational level. This can also improve the knowledge of the employee in different workplaces (Dagnall et al. 2018). The companies require the employees that they can write their self-evaluations before the start of the interview.

Feelings:

The Self-evaluation of the employees can increase their performance, self-ability and the power to grow the organisation and achieve its goals. After the companies add a mandatory key self-evaluation, we identify the areas where the company can grow and give a complete demonstration of ourselves to the company. The skill reflects the opportunities for us for the improvement of self-evaluation of ourselves (Krajcsak et al. 2018). The other employees of the organisation also appreciate the self-evaluation key to the people. Before the self-evaluation comes in front of us, I have observed myself very uncomfortably writing to myself.

Evaluation:

Knowing the evaluation of ourselves is very helpful for me to know what my manager wants for reviewing self-evaluation. The self-evaluation gives me the feeling of a great engagement in the company (Porter et al. 2019). The evaluation allows me to enhance the great connections in the organisation. The self-evaluation makes us free to achieve the goal of the organisation. The evaluation of ourselves is very helpful for me to achieve the target of the industry. The best benefit of self-evaluation earned me the building of confidence level. The building of confidence level in the employees of the organisation can help the company in the business market. 

Analysis: 

Analysing is a very important part of the new digital world. Analysing the digital world has been a huge change in the world. It can improve the one action of the organisation. The analysing of the digital world can increase the focal point of view and the knowledge of the employees of the organisation. The analysing can help to achieve the final target goal of the company in the digital world (Shir et al. 2021). The analysing makes the company grow faster and helps in the work more correctly and that we can do work more confidently. The analysis gives us great connections and the confidence to work in the company. The analysing is proving to be a good knowledge in the workplace and earned a confidence level in the digital world.  

Conclusion:

I have learned many things about analysing self-evaluation and it helps me to improve my confidence level in the work area. The analysing of self-evaluation can make a positive impact on the employees of the organisation and helps the employees to meet in the digital world. Involving all employees of the organisation can help the organisation to achieve its goal in the digital world.

Analysis:

The leadership factor of building teamwork activities and making the decisions by the team takes the time of two months in the organisation. The communication skill of video conferencing and mailing work takes the time of one month. 

1.2 Planning

Description:

Self-evaluation has been considered the measurable step in development of planning skills. Process of evaluation helps to find out the baseline of planning goals in development of unique innovative skills (Mulya and Agustryani, 2020). Self-evaluation helps me record information on the change management process and update the skills related to planning.

Analysis:

Action plan table helps to evaluate the proper measurement of factors which become a weakness in planning skills. I need to develop planning skills with proper management of time, organising and implementation. The factor of organising has been based on proper organisation of work and task management process. The process of organising will be done in 1 to 3 months duration. The implementation process will be done in 1 to 2 months duration with effective knowledge and skill on product and meeting on status review. Time management process will be developed with a time matrix and rescue time tool within 1 to 1.5 months.

1.3 Creative confidence

Description

The creative confidence has been the energy of applying new ideas in their work fields by any person and the confidence pushes them to find the solution to their problems and make their work more effective. The creative confidence gave me a lot of energy and self-belief to improve my work and I learned new strategies that I apply in my digital world and difficult situations. The situation became worse sometimes and I don't have new ideas as I use many new ideas so far and got frustrated but creative confidence gives me the confidence and push to outcome the situation by introducing new creative things.

Feelings

Creative confidence gave me a joyful and satisfaction feeling to me as I had to do the work with so much creativity. Before the situation, I felt very frustrated and lacked confidence and then creative confidence helps me to do my work perfectly with new ideas. The people feel the same as they don't get new ideas and become upset but after their creative confidence motivates them to do their work with new creative ideas, they have been happy and satisfied (Karwowski, et al. 2019). I have been thinking that I could not survive the situation as I have no strategies for the digital world but my creative confidence pushed me and awakened the belief that I can find more innovative strategies.

Evaluation

In the worst situations, creative confidence gives us the motivation to survive the situation with the help of new creative ideas. The people have many good experiences and they benefit from their creativity (Lee, 2020). Sometimes the creative confidence gets down and rebuilding the confidence among us has been very difficult. I got success and got benefits from the innovative strategies that I apply in the digital world.

Analysis

 In the digital world, new innovative strategies have been important and creative confidence boosts the person's creativity to get new strategies. The confidence helps the people to apply new innovative strategies and they succeed in the digital world as the digital world develops day by day and wants innovation strategies (Dimmitt, et al.2018). Creative confidence helps to do the work more prominently and to get the confidence to do the work without any fear (Grymonprez, 2021). Sometimes the situation does not go well and creative confidence also can't give us any new strategies that time confidence goes very down and it has been difficult to get the confidence back.

Conclusion

 I learned about many innovation strategies as creative confidence helps to update my skill. Creative confidence makes a positive impact on everyone as their confidence level gets boosted and they find new strategies for the digital world. Creative confidence helps to learn about the skills that I have to improve in me to get more innovative strategies. I should develop my knowledge about the digital world and that way I will get more confidence to find new innovative strategies for the digital world.
